Porta-Screen® 7 Screen capacity, 230/50/1

The Porta-Screen® is ideal for field control of construction aggregates and for quality control of blacktop and ready mix plants. This machine is light enough for field use, yet extremely durable.

Designed for separation in the 2 inch to No. 16 range, but can be used with meshes as small as No. 200.

The Porta-Screen® has a maximum capacity of 60 lb (27.3 kg). Drive system is counterbalanced to minimize vibration. Machines do not need to be mounted.

The vibrating assembly is held top and bottom on hardened guide pins riding in ball bushings. The outer case is enameled steel. A foot tab quickly levels the machine.

The digital timer range is 59:59. It shows remaining time, stops screen at zero, and resets for next test. Trays have 14 x 14 in (356 x 356 mm) screen area minus partial openings. Mesh sizes No. 4 and larger have metal shields around edges to cover partial openings. Trays are secured by dual hand clamp levers. When levers are released, trays can be individually removed.

Trays with wire cloth in the No. 16 to No. 80 range have 3 rib supports; No. 100 and finer have backup cloth support. Cloth for No. 4 and larger is steel; finer mesh is stainless steel. Trays measure 16.0 x 16.5 x 3.0 in (40.6 x 41.9 x 7.6) cm. (W x D x H)
