Riffle-type sample splitters divide dry materials such as cement, gravel, powdered ores, coal, coke, sand, soils, etc. Material poured into hopper is divided into two equal portions by two series of chutes that discharge alternately in opposite directions into separate pans.
Made of stainless steel. Pans are made of stainless or cold-rolled steel . Scoop and cleaning brush are also included. One-Piece Splitter - Rugged, ideal for lab or field applications. Allows for rapid, single-step reduction of large sample volumes.
