Screen Shaker, Hydraulic Screen Clamping, 220/50/1

Screen Shakers are constructed of rugged steel for long, dependable service. A sturdy steel outer frame encloses a vibrating unit that consists of a series of interlocking spacers for screen tray support and separation. Screen Shakers have few moving parts for easier maintenance.

Testing Screens are powered by a 1/2 hp capacitor-type motor with a built-in overload protector. Screen Shaker options also include hydraulic or manual screen clamping. Testing Screens hold five screen trays; they have a six-tray capacity if the dustpan is placed in the bottom of the cabinet. Screen Shakers may be purchased alone or with a set of five coarse screens and dustpan.

Testing Screens are designed for gradations from 4 inches to No 4; however, the Testing Screen can be used with aggregate sizes down to No 200.
