This simple and efficient operating Rotary Sifter had the preferred design for most DOTs. The design offers minimum sieve wear and converts quickly to accept up to twenty 8-inch half-height sieves with pan, or six 12-inch sieves with pan without any clamping required.

The Silent Sifter significantly reduces noise levels without loss of particle sizing and accuracy while protecting the lab worker with a noise level reduction of 7-18dB compared to standard rotary sifters.

Cabinet is completely enclosed which controls airborne particulates and is constructed of high-quality CNC machined MDF board.

Digital timer has a large LED display that goes up to 99 minutes and has a pause function so the test and be resumed without any time loss.
