Sieve Shaker, Economy, for 8, 10, and 12 inch Sieves, 220/60/1

Economy Sieve Shaker can be used with 8, 10 and 12 sieves and offers excellent value. Unit has a 30 minute timer.

The Sieve Shaker is used to determine the particle size distribution of fine and coarse aggregates by sieving. Refer to ASTM C136. The Sieve Shaker consists of a bottom sieve holder for holding the sieves, a power unit and a base. The bottom sieve holder is a platform fastened to the lower end of two vertical support roles. The upper ends are shock mounted to a sieve hanger bar that is free to pivot about its mounting. A sieve clamp holder holds firmly against the stack of sieves.

This model accommodates sieves 8", 10" and 12" diameter, seven 3" deep full height, ten 2" deep intermediate height, or thirteen 1-5/8" deep half height sieves plus pan and cover.

The 220v shaker is equipped with a 16/3 power cord. Please note that, due to a variety of plug styles, it will be necessary for the customer to install the appropriate plug type to ensure compatibility.
