Water Bath Tank

The Water Bath Tank provides a durable, versatile solution for laboratory testing applications that require controlled water circulation. Designed for use in sulfate soundness testing, specific gravity testing, concrete curing, and other temperature-sensitive procedures, the tank helps maintain more consistent conditions around test samples and solution containers.

Constructed from rugged 0.188 in (4.76 mm) thick white polyethylene, the tank offers excellent durability for demanding laboratory environments. Its corrosion-resistant construction makes it well suited for repeated exposure to water and common laboratory conditions.

For sulfate soundness testing, warm or cool tap water can be circulated through the tank to help regulate the temperature surrounding solution buckets. The spacious interior accommodates up to four 6-gallon solution buckets, making it practical for laboratories processing multiple samples simultaneously.

A fitted lid helps minimize evaporation while reducing temperature fluctuations during testing. Circulation and drain fittings, along with tubing, are included to simplify setup and water management. Thermometers, hydrometers, solution buckets, and other testing accessories may be purchased separately as required for the application.
