Benchtop Laboratory Mixer, 5 Qt, 220 V/50

The LA-4510 5 qt Benchtop Heavy-Duty Laboratory Mixer is designed for consistent, repeatable mixing of cement paste, mortar, grout, and other laboratory-prepared materials. Built with a durable metal housing, direct gear drive, and planetary mixing action, this benchtop mixer provides thorough blending while maintaining stable mixing speeds under load.

The mixer features a 5 qt / 4.7 L stainless steel bowl and three selectable operating speeds, allowing technicians to match the mixing rate to the application. A locking hand lever raises and lowers the bowl for easier setup, loading, and removal.

For applications requiring ASTM compliance, the LA-4510 must be fitted with the LA-4515 Clearance Adjustment Bracket and adjusted according to Forney’s installation instructions. When properly equipped and adjusted, the LA-4510 supports use with applicable cement and mortar testing standards, including ASTM C109, C227, C305, AASHTO T106, and AASHTO T162.

ASTM Compliance Note

The LA-4510 is supplied as a 220V benchtop laboratory mixer. To meet applicable ASTM and AASHTO clearance requirements for certain cement and mortar test methods, the mixer must be used with the LA-4515 Clearance Adjustment Bracket, purchased separately, and installed according to Forney’s adjustment instructions.
