Grout Flow Cone Kit with 3/4" Diameter Orifice

The Grout Flow Cone Set is designed to measure the flowability of fluid hydraulic cement grout that is commonly used in preplaced aggregate concrete. This is done by determining the time it takes for a 1.725L sample of grout to pass through a 3/4in (19mm) ID orifice in the flow cone.  The flow cone itself is made of durable cast aluminum and has dimensions of 7x12in (178x305mm), with a grout volume of 1,725 5mL. It features an adjustable point gauge measurement assembly that helps indicate the initial sample level.  The Flow Cone is available with 1/2in or 3/4in orifices.

In addition to the flow cone, the set includes a sturdy painted steel stand that stands at 20.5in (521mm) high. It also comes with a 2qt (1.9L) stainless steel beaker, which is designed to receive grout from a single test and is graduated in ounces and cubic centimeters.  

Individual components such as the grout flow cones, orifices, and other set components can be purchased separately, as needed.
