Flow Cone is cast aluminum and is used to measure the flowability of hydraulic grout used in preplaced aggregate concrete. This model is designed for flexibility in testing applications and does not include an Orifice to regulate flow. When fitted with theLA-4350-04 0.5in (1.27 cm) Orifice, it meets the requirements of ASTM C939. The LA-4350-04-01 0.75in (1.91 cm) Orifice can be used to test less-flowable grout mixes and meets ASTM D6449. Both orifices are purchased separately. A Grout Flow Cone Set with the components needed for the flow cone method is available.
