Grout Flow Cone Kit, ¾ Inch Orifice

Used to determine the flowability of various fluid grout mixtures by measuring the efflux time of a specified grout volume from a standardized flow cone.

The cone is made of cast aluminum and includes an adjustable point gauge; the orifice is interchangeable 1/2 in (1.27 cm) or 3/4 in (1.91 cm).

For use in the laboratory or in the field, the Grout Flow Cone measures the flowability of a 1.725-liter sample of hydraulic grout used in pre-placed aggregate concrete through a standardized flow cone. This model is for less flowable grouts and meets the ASTM D6449 test standard flow cone method with a three-quarter discharge tube. Constructed of rugged cast aluminum, the Grout Flow Cone has a seven-inch diameter at the top and comes with an adjustable point gauge assembly to indicate the initial sample level.
