Forney created this handy kit of the essentials for keeping your Air Meter operating at its peak. The Kit includes the Forney Super Pump and a Gasket Repair Kit, which includes all the soft washers and O-rings used in the Air Meter.
The Super Pump is an important part of Type B Air Meters. The Super Pump adds air to the sealed air chamber of an air entrainment meter. Once the initial pressure is reached, the air is released into the vessel containing the concrete and the percentage of entrained air can be determined.
The Pump has a large, easy-grip handle and builds pressure quickly.
It must be properly maintained to prevent air leakage. O-rings on the top of the pump and on the inside seal the unit. When the O-rings deteriorate, air can leak into the chamber and or debris can enter the pump.
The Universal Gasket Kit contains the necessary components to replace all the soft washers and O-rings in FORNEY Air Meters.
