Expansion Adapter for 4 1/4 inch (10.8 cm) OD Open Bits

Made from heavy steel tubing with diamonds set in a tough metal matrix and bonded to bit segments.

Standard core sample bit dimensions:

4 1/4 in (10.8 cm) OD, 4 in (10.2 cm) ID x 13 in (33 cm) deep, and

6 1/4 in (15.9 cm) OD, 6 in (15.2 cm) ID x 13 in (33 cm) deep.

Note: Open bits require an expansion adapter.
