Pad Caps For Blocks

Block Caps provide a new unbonded capping system for compression testing of concrete masonry units. The cap is a composite of an engineered high density EPS polystyrene which is laminated to tough plastic sheeting that distributes the test load evenly. No retainer, no melting, no mixing, no cutting is required. Accurate and consistent test results are comparable to units capped with gypsum. Pad caps for block come in two sizes, 8 inch (20.3 cm) or 12 inch wide (30.5 cm) by 16 inches long (40.6 cm).
