The test to determine Alkali Silica Reaction (ASR) in concrete is fast and easy. Results are obtained in less than five minutes and are easy to interpret.
The test can be performed on-site and is an excellent substitute for petrographic analysis.
The two environmentally safe dyes - one staining yellow, the other pink - indicate the stage of ASR™ progression. Yellow signals that degradation has begun. Pink warns that degradation is advancing.
