Concrete Test Hammer - Schmidt Type N

Test hammers are used to assess the uniformity of in-place concrete to determine regions of poor quality or deterioration and to estimate strength. They provide quick results and are non-destructive.

The Schmidt Type N hammer  works on the rebound principle which records the rebound value of the hammer upon release from a known stress.

Meets ASTM C805 BS 1881:202, EN 12504:Part 2.
