Warranty Information

Zebra printers purchased through Forney are covered by a one (1) year manufacturer hardware warranty, effective from the date the printer ships from Forney to the customer.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and in accordance with Zebra’s published specifications. Warranty service is provided on a return-to-depot basis and is limited to repair or replacement at Zebra’s discretion.

As an authorized reseller for ForneyVault subscribers, Forney will coordinate initial warranty claims and assist with the return authorization process. Shipping to Zebra for warranty evaluation is the customer’s responsibility.
