Hot Plates Economy

Single and double burner hot plates provide an economical heat source for evaporation studies, asphalt binder extractions, distillation, soil analysis, drying aggregates and preheating of laboratory samples. Two-burner plate has 825W burners for a total of 1650W. Maximum temperature for each burner is 900°F (482°C). Single burner plate is 1100W, 1200°F (649°C). Both units come with "Pot-Sensor", double circuit thermostat control that automatically turns power on/off maintaining temperatures to within 5°F. Each burner has a power signal light.
