Heavy-duty single burner hot plates accommodate heavier samples while maintaining stable control of temperature. Provide an excellent heat source for evaporation studies, asphalt binder extractions, distillation, soil analysis, drying aggregates and preheating of laboratory samples. The Hot Plates have Stainless steel cases. Maximum temperature is 700°F (371°C); thermostatic temperature control provides excellent stability. Heating elements are embedded for even transfer of heat and aluminum top plate for uniform temperature distribution. Cycle light the indicates when power is on to element.
