Corrosion resistant aluminized interior and baked in scratch-resistant powder coated finish.

Dual overtemperature safety feature - oven offers both an electronic fail safety alarm and a secondary thermos fail safety alarm which will shut-off the unit until it is manually reset.

Energy-efficient, low-watt density incoloy sheathed elements are engineered into a compact design for quick run-up and recovery times. Temperature uniformity is greatly improved by a perforated heat shield which absorbs radiant heat and distributes it more evenly. PID microprocessor offers ease of temperature setting that accurately maintains settings within +/- 1.0°C.

Supplied with two standard shelves; oven can hold up to 22 shelves with 35lb capacity each, adjustable on 1.5 inch centers.
