With resolutions from 1/120 g to 1/12,000 g and a complete range of features, the EK-I series balances are portable enough to carry in one hand. Gram, oz(avoid), oz(troy), lb, grain and pennyweight measurement units for whatever kind of weighing you do.

A counting function lets you count up to 12,000 pieces and over/under weighing is easy using the Percentage Function. A sealed keyboard and a tough overload protected case make the EKs rugged enough for the harshest industrial environments. These balances come with Full Digital Calibration.

When determining soil density, the 12,000 g LA-0479-31 is the right choice for weighing a steel mold and soil specimen together.

An optional rechargeable battery pack is available to take the EKs anywhere. Add the optional RS-232C interface to communicate with computers and printers.
