4in Compressometer for Automatic Compression Machines

Compressometers measure the deformation and strain of concrete cylinders under compression to determine the static modulus of elasticity (MOE). These units integrate with the “-M” models of our Automatic Compression Machines. Two horizontal aluminum alloy yokes surround the specimen and are connected by a fixed rod. The bottom yoke is rigidly fixed to the cylinder and the upper yoke attaches at two points to permit pivoting. The unit includes (1) linear displacement transducer (LDT).
