Soil Dispersion Mixer - Unit Only (No Cup and Paddle), 230/50

The Forney LA-3770 Soil Dispersion Mixer, 230V, is designed to disperse soil samples in preparation for hydrometer analysis. The mixer uses a specialized dispersion blade to break down and suspend soil particles, supporting consistent sample preparation for applicable soil testing procedures.

Powered by a 1/3 hp motor, the LA-3770 230V mixer offers three selectable speed settings: low, medium, and high. The low-speed setting meets the minimum 10,000 rpm no-load requirement referenced in AASHTO T 88, ASTM D7928, and ASTM D422. A manual pulse switch provides added operator control during sample mixing.

Built for repeated laboratory use, the mixer features a heavy die-cast aluminum housing and a durable spindle assembly for long service life in demanding soil testing environments.
