Design utilizes standard 4.0 in (101.6 mm) compaction mold 1/30 ft³ (0.94 L) for performing falling or constant head tests. Top and base are anodized aluminum, mold and collar are plated steel to resist corrosion. Top has air bleed and shut-off valves. Base has shut-off valve.
Permeameters come complete with tubing, porous stone and sealing rings.
Meets ASTM D5084, EN 933-8.
