Mechanical Soil Compactor, 220 V/50 Hz

The Ploog Mechanical Compaction Hammer is designed to automatically compact soil samples. It is used for standard or modified compaction tests using a 5.5 lb hammer with 12 inch drop or 10 lb hammer with 18 inch drop. The automatic electronic counter can be preset to the number of blows required and automatically stops the machine at the end of this cycle. The Mechanical Compaction Hammer includes one 5.5 lb circular face hammer, one 5.5 pie-shape hammer; a surcharge weight to make the hammers 10 lb; one 6 inch mold and one 4 inch mold.
