Forney’s Aggregate Screen Shakers are built tough with rugged steel construction to deliver long-lasting, dependable performance in demanding lab and field environments. Each unit features a heavy-duty steel outer frame that houses a precision-engineered vibrating assembly with interlocking spacers for stable screen tray support and consistent material separation. With minimal moving parts, our screen shakers are designed for easy maintenance and reduced downtime.
Powered by a 1/2hp capacitor-type motor with a built-in overload protector, Forney’s Testing Screens provide reliable, high-capacity performance. Choose from models with manual or hydraulic screen clamping to suit your workflow. Each unit holds five standard screen trays and includes a six-tray capacity when the dustpan is placed at the bottom of the cabinet. Customers can purchase the screen shaker as a standalone unit or bundled with five coarse screens and a dustpan for immediate use.
Testing Screens are optimized for aggregate gradations ranging from 4 inches to No.4 (4.75mm), but they are also capable of handling finer materials down to No.200 (75µm) when needed, offering versatile performance for a wide range of particle size analyses.
