Built for fast, accurate, and repeatable results, this rugged kit includes everything needed to perform the test and, most importantly, to keep the unit in precise calibration.

Performance You Can Count On

This meter measures the air content in freshly mixed, compacted concrete using Boyle’s Law. The assembly includes two main components — the base (measuring chamber) and the cover assembly — both engineered for durability, ease of maintenance, and long-term accuracy.

Precision-Machined Aluminum Base: Cylindrical, flanged, and fully machined for tight seals and quick water cleanup. Designed for easy disassembly to replace worn parts in the field.
Cover Assembly: Equipped with a large, easy-to-read 4-inch sealed gauge, adjustable pointer, air pump, bleeder valves, and petcocks for performing both tests and calibrations per ASTM C231.
Rugged Clamp System: Four stainless-steel quick-lock clamps securely seal the cover to the base. Resistant to corrosion and simpler — and cheaper — to replace than older clamp designs.
Super Pump: High-volume pump reaches test pressure with fewer strokes and eliminates legacy O-ring issues through a reliable check valve design.
Durable Brass Petcocks: Precision ball valves ensure smooth, lasting operation.

The dual-latch closure and reinforced handle keep everything protected on the jobsite, while the flat-profile case is stackable and efficient for truck transport or lab storage.
