Melting Pot, 4 Quart 110 V/60, 6 Amp

Used to melt capping compound, sealing wax, paraffin, and other materials. Manufactured from heavy duty cast aluminum with heating elements in constant contact with bottom of inner chamber and 100°F to 320°F (38°C to 160°C) thermostat.

Note that when the melted matter is ladled out of the melting pot, the temperature of the remaining material will go up unless the thermostat is adjusted. It is a good idea to check the temperature of the melted material with a thermometer to ensure the material does not heat past its optimum level.
