Test Cell For Rapid Chloride Permeability Apparatus, 4 Inch diameter

The cell ends feature fluid reservoirs, one negative and one positive, to measure electrical current flow. Both plexiglass end caps have embedded conductive mesh and necessary electrical connections. The specimen is sealed inside the cell using four corner bolts and two internal gaskets.

During the test, a water-saturated concrete specimen (100 mm diameter, 50 mm thick) is placed in the cell with fluid reservoirs on each end. One reservoir contains a 3% NaCl solution, while the other holds a 0.3N NaOH solution. The negative terminal connects to the NaCl solution electrode, and the positive terminal connects to the NaOH solution electrode.  You can connect up to eight cells to the RCP apparatus simultaneously.
