to measure bulk specific gravity of compacted samples; maximum specific gravity of 25 mm
asphalt mixtures (Gmm); and for apparent gravity, bulk gravity and absorption in aggregate.
Downloadable PC software has built-in features for calculation of gravity and absorption of
asphalt and aggregates. Uses a 1.5 hp rotary vacuum pump.
