Sieve Shaker, 8 inch, 6 sieve capacity, 1/4 hp motor

This 1/4hp shaker operates with back and forth lateral motion combined with up and down and tilting motions which cause test material to travel in an orbit on the sieve surfaces, assuring full use of sieve mesh area without precise leveling of the shaker.

The shaker holds six full-height sieves with pan or thirteen half-height sieves with pan. A clamp bar with attached cover secures sieves.

Has a 15 minute mechanical-electrical timer with an adjustable knob-stop for improved repeatability and a "hold" feature for continuous running. Motor and all mechanical parts are enclosed in a sturdy metal case.
