Torvane Shear Test Set

Measures shear strength of cohesive soils in the laboratory or field. Simple operation with rugged corrosion-resistant metal construction. Dial range is 0 to 1.0 x 0.05kg/cm², read directly using standard vane. Multiply readings by 0.2 and 2.5 when using large (sensitive) and small (high-capacity) vanes. Includes three vanes, driver, instructions, and carrying case.
