Measures shear strength of cohesive soils in the laboratory or field. Simple operation with rugged corrosion resistant metal construction. Dial range is 0 to 1.0 x 0.05 kg/cm, read directly using standard vane. Multiply readings by 0.2 and 2.5 when using large (sensitive) and small (high-capacity) vanes. Set includes three vanes, driver, instructions, L-wrench and carrying case.
