Large capacity oven has maximum temperature of 400°F (204°C) with a ±0.5% control accuracy and ±8°F (4°C) uniformity. The oven has an analog, thermocouple actuated, temperature controller with LED pilot lights. The control panel is UL listed.
The 1/3 hp motor delivers 400 CFM. The oven has 304 stainless steel interior, explosion venting latches and incoloy sheathed tubular heating elements. It has two inches of rockwool insulation and a built in baffle to prefent radiant heat. Includes two nickel plated wire shelves; channel supporrrts prevent tipping.
