The oven has a digital, microprocessor-based, thermocouple actuated, indicating temperature controller. The control panel is UL listed. The 1- hp motor delivers 1000 CFM. The oven has 304 stainless steel interior and explosion venting. It has six inches of rockwool insulation and a built in baffle to prevent radiant heat. Includes two nickel plated wire shelves; channel supporrts prevent tipping.
